this weekend we hosted a creative prayer weekend at Bethanie themed HARVEST
on sunday afternoon we donned our wellies and wrapped up warm and took a harvest prayer walk through a local orchard. we encouraged our guests to take time to consider creation and find something that spoke to them of God. we ended the walk at a local bistro for coffee where we shared our reflections.
we returned to Bethanie for a ‘bring-your-own-prayer-station’ service where we gave thanks for Gods provision and blessing in our lives.
this was followed by a three-course harvest supper using hand-picked produce from the garden. earlier in the day we got our hands dirty harvesting potatoes, cabbage, pumpkins, sage, rosemary and apples
